Signing in & passwords

Accounts come from invitations — someone invited for the first time sets a password while accepting, and signs in after accepting. After that it’s email + password; a forgotten password goes through Forgot password? on the sign-in page: leave your email, follow the link, and set a new one under Reset Password. An interrupted deep link returns you to where you were headed after sign-in.

My account

My account is your own side of the record:

  • Your details, emergency contact, home address — three bands, one Save in the header. Your email is how you sign in, and this page can’t change it.
  • Organization — when you have more than one identity to switch between (several orgs, or several assignments in one), each is a row here: the primary one badged “Primary”, the current one ticked. Pressing a row switches you there, without signing in again. A failed switch never half-switches: “Couldn’t switch — you’re still in your current context.”
  • Sign out — the last band, its button styled as what it is.

Home

Home is a composition surface: every section is an entry point to a screen that owns the data. Two are Home’s own: Right now (today’s shift — or the next one this week), and a new org’s Set up your clinic checklist — each step links to the console that owns it, and the whole zone retires itself once the org is set up, so it can never become a banner people learn to ignore.

Notifications

Notifications lists newest first, behind an All / Unread filter. The key fact: every row is a link — tapping marks it read and takes you to the thing itself: the request awaiting your decision, the task assigned to you. A destination you can’t open stays a plain row that quietly marks read — it never walks you into a 403. “Mark all read” appears only while something is unread.

Branch activity

Activity (branch level) is the ledger of who changed what: the change, the actor, the branch, the time. The “only changes from outside this branch” toggle is the multi-branch magnifier — outside interventions at a glance. Branch-tier holders see their own branch, always; org-wide holders switch branches with the branch switcher, or read the whole company on the Activity tab of Company ▸ Oversight.
